Terms and conditions subject to the online shop of Michael Barnett Onelife.
1. Contract conclusion
Your order is an offer to us for contract conclusion. Completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the ordered items are dispatched.
2. Cancellation rights
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched or within 14 days after the date of delivery by contacting us either by email or letter. Unwanted products should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost. If unwanted products have been used the loss of value is at your expence. Audio or video recordings are exempt from this condition and cannot be cancelled once delivery has been accepted
3. Retention of title
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered and fully paid for by you. Until then the ordered items remain property of Michael Barnett Onelife.
4. Payment conditions
First order has to be payed in advance by bank deposit. From then on you can pay by bank deposit, by cash on delivery or by direct debit. Payment has to be made within 14 days. For late payments, a 5% interest of the invoice will be charged.
5. Delivery costs
Delivery prices depend on the amount of items and the sum total of your order. Free delivery on orders over Euro 50,-.
6. Liability for defects
If any delivered item is defect §§434ff.BGB is to be applied
7. Data protection
We will not rent, sell or distribute your personal details to any third party except as necessary for normal business relations e.g. we may give your address to the post office to allow them to deliver your goods.

8. Additional conditions
Should any clause of this contract be partly or completely invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
All legal relationships based on the terms and conditions of this contract shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of performance is Denzlingen, place of jurisdiction is Emmendingen to the extent permitted by law.
