If You Don’t Want It There, Don’t Give It Energy
What you have to do with jealousy, as I well know from my younger time, is that you have to feel the hurt or the sadness or the pain of it, but you do not allow your consciousness to blame the man or the woman or their temporary partner or occasional partner and say that they are guilty. You have to lay off that, because if you do that then you are in a way justifying your jealousy, and jealousy is never justified. Never! True love can never be jealous.
